Terms of Use for Abraham Olvera Content Automation

Abraham Olvera Content Automation is a private, owner-operated tool run by Abraham Olvera via TheAIGNC. It is for the connected account owner only; it is not a public service or an invitation for third parties to create accounts.

Owner responsibility

The account owner is responsible for having the rights, permissions, and approvals needed for every video, image, title, description, visibility choice, and other upload metadata supplied to the tool. A desired default visibility, including public visibility, is not automatic permission to publish.

YouTube connection and platform rules

By using this tool, the account owner agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. The tool uses official Google and YouTube OAuth/API paths when a connection is enabled; use is also subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Pilot limitations

This is a pilot. An OAuth connection, channel verification, or an available permission does not guarantee that YouTube will accept an upload, keep a video available, or complete a platform review. No unattended uploader or publishing schedule is active at this time.
