TheAIGNC builds and operates AI agents that answer the messages and comments your customers send you. The agent runs on your WhatsApp Business number, your Instagram professional account, and your Facebook Page — not on ours.
How the connection works
TheAIGNC operates as an independent Tech Provider on the Meta platforms. That means:
- You keep ownership of your WhatsApp Business Account, your phone number, and your social accounts. Nothing is transferred to us.
- You authorize our application through Meta's own consent flow, choosing exactly which accounts it may act on.
- Your agent begins answering on those accounts, within the rules you set.
- You can withdraw the authorization at any time from your own Meta Business settings, which immediately stops all further processing.
What the agent does
- Answers customer enquiries that arrive by WhatsApp, Instagram direct message, or a comment on a post.
- Qualifies leads and collects the details your team needs before a human takes over.
- Sends quotations, confirmations, and notifications using the message templates you approve.
- Hands the conversation to a person on your team whenever it should not answer alone.
- Records what it did, so you can audit, correct, and improve it.
How your data is handled
The conversations belong to you. TheAIGNC processes them only to run the service you asked for, keeps each client's data separated from every other client's, and never sells personal data or uses it to build advertising profiles.
